Voted Top 3 Photo Booth — Premier Bride

Wedding Photo Booth
From the People Running Your Party

An award for the booth, and a DJ who decides where it goes. Those two things belong to the same company for a reason.

Top 3 Photo Booth — Premier Bride 500+ five-star reviews Classic booth & 360 video booth

COS Celebrations provides wedding photo booth rental across Northeast Florida, including Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach and Amelia Island. COS Celebrations offers both a classic selfie photo booth and a 360 video booth, and was voted Top 3 Photo Booth in the 904 by Premier Bride. The booth is booked as an add-on to a COS Celebrations DJ package rather than as a separate rental, so one team handles the music and the booth on the same timeline.

We won an award for our photo booth and then never built it a page. That is a fair summary of how the last two years went.

So here is the honest pitch, which has almost nothing to do with the hardware. Every booth in this market takes a good photo. The cameras are fine, the lighting is fine, the prints are fine. Nobody has ever booked a wedding because one company's booth had a better sensor.

What actually decides whether the booth was worth the money is where it sits and when it is busy - and that is a decision about your room and your timeline, not about equipment. Put it in a corridor and it gets used twice. Put it beside the bar during dinner and there is a line all night.

Nobody is better placed to make that call than the person already reading the room from the DJ booth. That is the entire reason we run both.

Two Booths

Which One Do You Actually Want?

We run both. They are not competing products - they hand your guests two different things, and plenty of couples book both.

The classic booth

Props, a backdrop, and a printed strip in hand before guests walk away. It suits a wide age range, because your aunt will use a photo booth and will not step onto a rotating platform. The prints end up on refrigerators, which is a longer shelf life than most wedding favors manage.

The 360 video booth

A camera arm spins around guests and films in slow motion, then sends the clip to their phone in about a minute. This is the one that puts your wedding on social media the same night rather than three weeks later. Full details on the 360 booth.

What Changes When One Company Runs Both

Four Decisions a Booth-Only Vendor Never Makes

Where it goes

Not just "where there is an outlet." Near enough to be seen from the room, clear of the bar queue and the dance floor entrance, and out of your photographer's line to the head table.

When it opens

Cocktail hour and dinner, when guests are mingling and the floor is empty anyway. A booth that opens at the same time as the dance floor is competing with the part of the night you actually paid for.

When it goes quiet

Once the floor fills, the booth stops being the main event. Two separate vendors have no reason to coordinate that, and it is exactly the sort of thing that quietly costs you twenty people on the dance floor at the peak of the night.

Who fixes it at nine o'clock

Printer jams, someone spills a drink on the prop table, the booth needs shifting because the room reconfigured. Our team is already in the building, and it is already our problem.

From a Couple

What Guests Say About the Booth

"Corey knows how to throw a party!! Great communication with him and his team leading up to the day and pre reception. Detailed forms and calls about everything from ceremony needs to first dance timing. He took note of every special request and got timing right! Love the app for play vs do not play. Sax was a crowd pleaser and so much fun!! Photo Booth was very fun for everyone too. Good add on options! He's got great energy and was easy to work with!! Talented musician and dj!!"

Pricing

What a Wedding Photo Booth Costs

The booth is priced as an add-on to a COS Celebrations DJ package, which starts at $1,500. There is no separate delivery fee, no standalone attendant fee and no second minimum to clear, because the booth comes in with the rest of the gear and our team is already staffing your night. Most couples land between $1,500 and $3,000 all in, depending on hours and how many add-ons they want.

Questions

Wedding Photo Booth FAQ

Do you provide a photo booth with your wedding DJ package?

Yes. COS Celebrations runs both a classic selfie photo booth and a 360 video booth, and both are booked as add-ons to a DJ package rather than as separate rentals. That means one contract, one crew loading in, and one person responsible if something needs moving at nine o'clock. COS Celebrations was voted Top 3 Photo Booth in the 904 by Premier Bride.

How much does a wedding photo booth cost in Jacksonville?

Standalone photo booth rental in the Jacksonville area is typically quoted with its own delivery fee, attendant fee and hourly minimum. COS Celebrations prices the booth as an add-on to a DJ package that starts at $1,500, so you are extending one quote instead of signing a second vendor. Your total depends on hours and which other add-ons you want.

What is the difference between a photo booth and a 360 photo booth?

A classic photo booth gives guests a printed strip they take home that night. A 360 booth films them in slow motion from a rotating arm and sends a video to their phone. Prints end up on refrigerators; videos end up on social media the same evening. COS Celebrations offers both and some couples book both at the same wedding.

Where should the photo booth go at our reception?

Close enough to the room that guests remember it exists, far enough that a line does not block the bar or the dance floor. This is the part that goes wrong when the booth comes from a different company than the DJ, because nobody owns the decision. We place it against the room and the timeline, and we confirm the spot with your venue before the day.

Does the photo booth need an attendant?

Ours runs with our team on site, because our team is already there for the DJ. That is most of the argument for booking them together - you are not paying a separate attendant fee for somebody to stand next to a machine for four hours in a room they have never worked.

Can we get the photos after the wedding?

Yes. Guests leave with prints or a video on the night, and you get the full set afterward. Tell us before the day if you want a specific template, your names or a monogram on the prints, and we will build it into the design rather than using a stock border.

Do you bring a photo booth outside Jacksonville?

Yes. COS Celebrations covers Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach and Amelia Island, and travels to Orlando, Tampa and Daytona Beach. Booths need floor space and a power outlet, so we confirm the setup spot with your venue in advance rather than working it out on the day.

Want the Booth at Your Wedding?

Send me your date and venue. I will check availability and come back with a package that has the booth built in, placed somewhere it will actually get used.
